Have you ever ordered something for a special event and it did not arrive in time?  Our stylists go above and beyond to make sure you have your garments for your special day. 

 

A customer came into our Los Angeles store in a crunch.  He was speaking at his cousin's wedding that was around the corner and needed a sharp looking custom suit for the occasion.  We knew this was a quick turn around, but we like to make every customer’s dream possible.  We discussed this with our production team and decided we could make this happen for him in the timeline needed.  The suit arrived to us in Los Angeles a few days before the event, which was taking place in Chicago.  We were nervous to ship it as we have had some recent courier delays.

 

In a game time decision, our lead stylist, Ryan, got on a flight that day to Chicago and hand delivered the suit to the front desk of the client's hotel.  Our client was over the moon for the incredible customer service and his best fitting suit yet.  He told us that was the most compliments on a suit that he has ever received.  At Klein Epstein Parker we make anything possible.
